To register for and use mauwin Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. mauwin operates a strict age verification policy. You may be required to provide valid government-issued identification (KTP – Kartu Tanda Penduduk or equivalent Indonesian national identity documentation) to verify your age and identity before making withdrawals.
You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. You represent and warrant that your use of mauwin Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is legal in your location.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with mauwin. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement with mauwin.
Online gambling is restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. mauwin takes underage gambling seriously. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all deposits refunded (minus any winnings), and may be permanently banned from the platform.
To create an account with mauwin, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
mauwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect the integrity of our platform. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including a copy of your KTP (national identity card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and a verification selfie. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify mauwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. mauwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Your mauwin account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another individual. You may only deposit funds into your account from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, credit cards, or e-wallets not registered to the account holder are prohibited.
mauwin accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and select e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25.000 to Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits are determined by payment provider restrictions and your account status. Higher limits may be available for verified accounts and VIP tier members.
Most bank transfer deposits are credited to your mauwin account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Deposits made outside of banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays. mauwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
mauwin does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.
All funds deposited into your mauwin account must originate from legitimate sources. You represent and warrant that all deposited funds are legally obtained and do not derive from any criminal activity. mauwin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time.
Withdrawals from your mauwin account can be made to verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) or to registered e-wallet accounts. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your mauwin account.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete full account verification (KYC) by submitting required identity documents. Your account must be in good standing with no bonus wagering requirements pending and no ongoing disputes or investigations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and VIP tier status. Standard accounts may have daily and monthly withdrawal limits. Requests exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple installments.
mauwin processes withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and typically occurs within 1-3 hours for bank transfers and within 1 hour for e-wallet withdrawals. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time.
mauwin does not charge fees on withdrawals for most payment methods. Certain payment providers may impose their own fees. Any such fees will be disclosed prior to withdrawal confirmation.
mauwin reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification; (b) we detect suspicious activity or potential fraud; (c) you have active bonus wagering requirements; (d) there are outstanding chargebacks or payment disputes; or (e) you have violated any provision of these Terms.
mauwin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the promotional offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand bonus terms before claiming any promotion.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requires you to wager the bonus amount 30 times. Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period, typically 7-30 days.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% and certain excluded games contribute 0%. Game contribution percentages will be specified in each bonus offer's terms.
mauwin reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused or violated. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus terms, colluding with other players, or any strategy that exploits bonus mechanics.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Canceling a bonus will forfeit the remaining bonus amount and any winnings derived from that bonus.
All game outcomes on the mauwin platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are as published by the respective game providers and are available in each game's information section.
Each game available on mauwin has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules can be accessed through the information or help section within each game.
For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. mauwin reserves the right to void bets if matches are canceled, postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or if there is clear evidence of match-fixing or corruption.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game defect, mauwin reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control including internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or third-party software errors.
mauwin monitors all gameplay for irregular patterns. If we detect irregular play, including but not limited to martingale betting systems used to abuse low-risk wagering requirements, guaranteed win strategies, or exploitation of software defects, we reserve the right to void bets and confiscate winnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mauwin platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and permanent ban from mauwin.
mauwin Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mauwin's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mauwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
mauwin is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or breaches of third-party service providers including payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers.
You may close your mauwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees and pending wagering requirements.
mauwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (d) you create multiple accounts; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, mauwin may forfeit any bonus funds, pending winnings, and in cases of serious breach (fraud, money laundering, etc.), your entire account balance. Deposits may be returned at mauwin's sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law standards. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of mauwin Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
mauwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of mauwin Services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
